The FF-133 series electro-hydraulic servo valve is a linear direct drive flow servo valve with a flow range of 5L/min to 40L/min under a pressure difference of 7MPa. This type of servo valve is directly driven by a linear force motor, without a pilot stage or internal throttling holes. Therefore, it has low leakage, low hydraulic power consumption, strong anti pollution ability, and minimal impact on valve dynamics due to reduced system oil supply pressure. The product uses LVDT valve core position sensors for position closed-loop control, resulting in small hysteresis, high resolution, good repeatability, and high dynamic performance. The control box is designed with an external electrical zero adjustment device, making it more convenient to use. The product shell is made of stainless steel or cast iron, with high structural strength and high pressure resistance.
