Centered on four-station parallel operation, it is specifically designed to complete the sealing assembly of tail stoppers and pen core ink tubes. It is compatible with various specifications such as neutral pen cores and ballpoint pen cores, providing a crucial guarantee for preventing ink leakage in pen cores. ​ The equipment adopts four independent assembly units, which are synchronously driven by servo motors to achieve parallel processing of tail plug feeding, positioning, pressing and detection. In response to the sealing requirements of the tail plug, a high-precision pressure control module is equipped.
