Triangular Grain Deflector Assembly for Dryer Towers

The triangular tip assembly is a core flow-guiding welded component installed inside grain dryer towers. Manufactured from steel plate through precision sheet metal bending and welding, the assembly features multiple groups of 88-degree triangular tips evenly distributed along its length. During dryer operation, these triangular tips actively spread and distribute falling grain while separating hot air ducts, ensuring uniform heat distribution across the grain layer and eliminating drying dead zones that commonly cause uneven moisture content in finished grain. Each assembly is produced with segmented welding for structural integrity and finished with overall plastic spraying for durable rust and corrosion resistance.
