  UV Screen Printing Matte Varnish   I. Product Overview UV screen printing matte varnish (referred to as UV screen printing matte varnish) is a 100% solvent-free, single-component UV-cured transparent special-effect varnish, specially developed for screen printing processes. It contains controllable-size inorganic matte particles, which instantly cross-link to form a film upon UV/LED irradiation, creating a uniform and regular granular matte texture on the surface. It exhibits low-dull diffuse reflection visually and a clear granular texture to the touch, achieving a glass etching and metal brushed matte finish.   Unlike smooth and silky UV skin-feel inks, this product emphasizes a clear granular texture, high film hardness, and strong opacity matte finish.
