Product Overview UVAS series plastic screen printing UV inks are single-component, 100% solvent-free acrylic UV-curable coloring inks, specifically developed for screen printing on conventional rigid plastics. They are widely used in the industry for printing electronic buttons, plastic casings, nameplates, and film labels, and can be used for both screen printing and simple pad printing. Utilizing 365nm mercury lamp/395nm LED ultraviolet light for instant cross-linking film formation, the cured film exhibits high gloss, high opacity, and stable adhesion. Key features include high abrasion resistance, alcohol resistance, stability under thermal cycling, and strong compatibility with overprinting.
