Electric heating elements warm the oil inside the jacket and the oil then heats the inner vessel wall. The unit belongs to the Reactor Kettle Category. It is suitable for locations without steam boilers or thermal oil heaters. The design is similar to a Jacketed Stainless Steel Reactor but with electric heating instead of steam or thermal oil circulation. This reactor is not rated as a High Pressure Dissolution Vessel because no working pressure is listed. The internal finish can be ordered to match Glass Lined Mixing Tank specifications when required for corrosive service. The technical table covers 14 sizes from 30 liters up to 10000 liters.
