The EZ-623 is a manual rotary Tissue Microtome Equipment designed for routine histology, pathology and biomedical research applications. As mainstream Histopathology Instrument, it provides accurate and consistent sectioning of paraffin-embedded tissue specimens for subsequent staining, imaging and microscopic examination matched with Slide Staining Equipment.
The spring-balanced handwheel mechanism ensures smooth operation and helps reduce operator fatigue during extended sectioning procedures. Section thickness can be adjusted from 1 to 60 μm, while the selectable manual sectioning modes provide greater flexibility for different laboratory workflows.
The specimen orientation system supports X/Y-axis adjustment and approximately 8° horizontal alignment, enabling precise positioning of embedded tissue blocks. A removable waste tray, quick-change specimen clamp and laterally adjustable blade holder simplify operation, cleaning and routine maintenance.
