01005BB(.010" x.005")Wideband RF Capacitor Product Overview Developed by Dalicap Technology Co., Ltd., the BB series broadband capacitors are available in four case sizes (in inches): 01005, 0201, 0402, and 0805, with capacitance values of 10nF (103) and 100nF (104) to choose from. These capacitors are primarily used for coupling RF signals, and occasionally for bypassing and DC blocking. They are ideal for applications requiring small-size surface-mount devices. Their key feature is low RF impedance over a wide bandwidth, including low insertion loss and low reflection, with an operating temperature range typically from -55°C to +125°C. For small-size single-layer capacitors, even if surface-mount capability is not considered, they cannot provide sufficient capacitance to cover the operating frequency range from hundreds of kHz to tens of GHz.
